The Catherine McAuley library joined in on the annual National Simultaneous Storytime on Wednesday 25th May with libraries, schools, homes and children facilities all over the country stopping at 11am to read the book ‘Family Tree’ by Josh Pyke and Ronojoy Ghosh.
Students were invited to come to the library during recess to listen to Mrs Weiss, Library Support, read the story whilst Mrs Lorenzutta, Teacher Librarian handed out cupcakes.
National Simultaneous Storytime is an annual event organised by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
