The McAuley Alumni who are running the Library Tutoring Program
We are thrilled to announce the continuation of a fantastic opportunity for students – the Library Tutoring Program!
This initiative is made possible by our dedicated 2022 and 2023 Alumni, who are eager to give back to their community by sharing their knowledge and experience.
The Library Tutoring Program commenced last year with ex-students from the Class of 2022. The initiative was designed to allow students to access free tutoring services after school from a range of recent McAuley graduates, all high-achieving students in their time. In addition to this, Murray is a specialised Mathematics tutor who is available to all students.
The program is a self-elected initiative. Students can approach a tutor at any time for one-on-one or group assistance with study, assignments, and homework, or to have a conversation about university and subject selection. This is a wonderful opportunity for your daughters to utilise if they are struggling in their studies, or would like additional help outside of the classroom.
All students grades 7-12 are welcome to after school tutoring. The tutors are also available for senior students to access during their study periods on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Library tutoring runs on a Monday (3-5pm), Tuesday (9am-5pm), and Thursday (9am to 4pm). Students are encouraged to check Compass for specific tutor information and subject areas.
