Students who were recognised for their continuous participation in the Premier's Reading Challenge

A number of Catherine McAuley students were recognised this week at the school assembly for their dedication to reading and their participation in the Premier’s Reading Challenge.

The Premier’s Reading Challenge (PRC) is an initiative of the NSW State Government and aims to encourage in students a love of reading for leisure and pleasure. The challenge is open to all students in kindergarten to Year 10 who log the books they have read during the challenge period.

Catherine McAuley has a number of students who have participated for many years, some since kindergarten, and these dedicated students were awarded medals and certificates at this week’s assembly.
